I chose 8 prompts from the Inktober 2023 list and created a series of vector illustrations that corresponded with them. I wanted my designs to have a vibrant, friendly, and retro feel to them. To do this, I made characters for each prompt and used a bright color palette. I also enjoyed experimenting with texture and incorporating it as a way to define form.

My prompts were Golden, Drip, Toad, Fortune, Rise, Plump, Celestial, and Sparkle.
